Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy & Booking Confirmation Thank you for your appointment request! A deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your service total and is subject to the following terms: • Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Rescheduling within 7 business days of your original appointment will allow half of the deposit to be transferred to the new appointment. Rescheduling beyond this timeframe will result in the full deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
